Same ads.
More signed cases.

AI intake software for personal injury and family law firms. Every lead your ads produce, answered in seconds — English or Spanish — and turned into a case file tied to the campaign that paid for it. Flat monthly price: never per lead, never a cut of a case.

Del Mar Injury Law· Intake
Try it:
I got rear-ended on the Palmetto yesterday — my neck has been hurting since.
I'm sorry — that sounds stressful. One thing at a time. Were you driving, and was anyone else in the car?
Just me, driving. The other one was a work van.
Got it — a commercial vehicle changes who your file needs to reach. Did police come out, or is there a report number?
There is a report. I have the number at home.
Perfect — you can add it any time. One more for now: have you seen a doctor about the neck pain?

Built-in disclosure, non-removable: every client sees plainly that this is an automated AI intake, operated by Justo — a technology company, not a law firm. No legal advice is given, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by submitting.

This preview is scripted. Pilot demos run live — same conversation, real answers.

The problem

Your ads run every hour. Your front desk does not.

Four ways a firm loses cases it already paid for.

  • The call comes at 6:12 pm on a Friday.

    Justo answers in seconds, 24/7.

  • Almost nobody leaves a voicemail.

Justo texts them back within seconds, so they talk to you instead of the next firm they call.

  • A caller starts in Spanish and your team answers in English.

Justo speaks both. Your file still reads in English.

  • You cannot tell which ad produced a signed case.

Justo remembers where every client came from, and the monthly report tells you.

Everything it does

The whole product, on one screen.

Twelve things Justo does for your firm. Intake is everything between the first contact and the signed case — answering, asking the right questions, writing it down, and following up.

Job 1 · Catch

  • Bilingual AI intakeEvery lead answered in seconds, in English or Spanish, without staffing for it.
  • Missed-call rescueOne text back the moment a call is missed, so they reach you instead of the next firm.
  • Intake link and QRWorks from the site you already have, your ads, or a printed card.

Job 2 · Prepare

  • Prepared case fileA ten-question conversation becomes a structured summary your client confirms.
  • Where every fact came fromEach fact is marked: confirmed by the client, written by Justo, or needs your look.
  • Bot and spam filteringBots fill forms. They do not finish ten-question conversations.

Job 3 · Respond

  • Instant team alertsEmail and text the moment a lead finishes, with the file attached.
  • Response promiseYou set the target. Every lead is timed against it and the report holds you to it.
  • Firm workspaceLeads, statuses and summaries on any phone. No new inbox, no software to learn.

Job 4 · Prove

  • Which ad produced the casePoweredJusto remembers which ad each client came from, all the way to signed.
  • Referral QR trackingPoweredSee which partners and locations actually send you cases.
  • Monthly report and InsightsPoweredWhich ads produced signed cases, what each one cost, and what the numbers mean.

Connect includes intake, rescue, the workspace and the activity report. Powered adds the part that tells you which ads produced signed cases. And Justo works before the matter exists — it never touches your matter files, your work product, or privileged correspondence.

Job 1 · Catch

Missed-call rescue

Friday, 6:12 pm. The calls keep coming after your front desk goes home.

It starts with the call nobody answered.

(305) 555-0114CallerMissed

No message left. Callers rarely leave one — they call the next firm on the page.

SMS · seconds later — exactly one, ever

Del Mar Injury Law: sorry we missed your call. Start your intake now — English o español: askjusto.com/f/delmar

Reply STOP to opt out.

…and on the caller's phone, the conversation opens:

Hi — this is Del Mar Injury Law's intake assistant. I'm here to take your story down properly, in English or Spanish. What happened?

The call you paid for doesn't die in voicemail.

Carrier forwarding catches the no-answer and texts the caller back within seconds — firm-named, bilingual, carrying your intake link. STOP always honored.

Rescued calls become case files, and the rescue gets its own line in your monthly report.

Only 40% of firms answer their phone — down from 56% in 2019 — and 64% of prospects get zero follow-up.Clio Legal Trends Report, 2024

Job 1 · Catch — en español

Bilingual AI intake

Se habla español — for real, not on a sign.

The conversation runs in your client's language. Your file reads in clean English, with their original words preserved verbatim.

Your client — told in Spanish

“Iba por la Palmetto cerca de la NW 103 cuando un camión de reparto se metió a mi carril. El martes como a las 4pm. Me duelen el cuello y el hombro desde entonces, y hay un reporte de policía.”

Del Mar Injury Law· Case file

Your file — clean English, original attached

“I was on the Palmetto near NW 103rd when a delivery truck changed lanes into me. Tuesday around 4pm. My neck and shoulder have hurt since, and there’s a police report.”

Firms in bilingual markets buy ads in two languages. Now they can answer in two — without staffing for it.

Job 2 · Prepare

Prepared case file

Your intake sheet, already filled in.

The conversation asks what a PI file actually turns on — insurance, who was at fault, how long ago — and writes it down in order, confirmed by your client before you dial.

“I was on the Palmetto near NW 103rd when a delivery truck changed lanes into me. Tuesday around 4pm…”

Job 4 · Prove — the receipt

The monthly report + Justo Insights

The monthly report is the product’s receipt.

Month to month, on purpose. The report shows what came in, what it became, and where it came from — in numbers you can check.

Monthly report · from Justo

Del Mar Injury Law — your month in intake

Every figure below is counted by Justo — nothing here is estimated. A "lead" is one person who started a conversation. Report your monthly ad spend and the report also shows cost per signed case.

Response promise

Justo Insights

Written from your own numbers each month.

  • Move budget to your Spanish campaigns

    Basis: 3 months · consistent

    Spanish: 16 leads → 3 signed (19%) · English: 24 leads → 2 signed (8%)

Spanish leads sign at more than twice the rate, three months running. Shift spend toward the Spanish campaigns before you add budget anywhere else.

  • Buy more in Hialeah and Westchester

    Basis: 3 months · 40 leads

    Those two: 20% (2 of 10) · Everywhere else: 10% (3 of 30)

The same ads sign at twice the rate in two corridors. Weight your targeting there — it costs nothing and beats raising the budget.

  • Keep both cards, judge them differently

Basis: 3 months · counts only

    Northline: 14 scans → 4 started · Bayfront: 4 scans → 3 started

Northline brings volume; Bayfront brings people who finish. Restock Northline and keep Bayfront — one measure for both would retire the wrong card.

  • Keep the after-hours rescue on

Basis: 1 signed case · thin

    12 calls caught after hours → 4 intakes → 1 signed case

That case came from a call that would have gone to voicemail. One case is one case — watch it repeat before you count on it.

  • Visit Southgate before you reprint

    Basis: 1 month · thin

15 scans → 0 signed — the most scans on the table, nothing to show

Every other location converts. Wrong spot or wrong traffic; one visit tells you which, and it costs an afternoon.

Job 4 · Prove — the mechanism

Which ad produced the case

How we know which ad produced the case.

Every way in gets its own trackable link or number. When you mark the case signed, the report puts the two together — so you can stop guessing which marketing is worth the money.

  • Google AdsCampaign, ad group and keyword
  • Social adsMeta · Instagram · TikTok
  • Your websiteThe page they started from
  • Printed QR cardsWhich card, and which counter
  • PhoneThe number they dialed — partial
    Step 1

    Someone clicks your ad.

Justo records which ad it was, before they answer a single question.

    Step 2

    It stays with the client.

Four months later, when the case signs, Justo still knows which ad started it.

    Step 3

    You mark it signed.

That one tap connects the ad to the case. The report does the rest.

This is the number most firms never get. Knowing which ads produce signed cases — not clicks, not calls, signed cases — is what lets you put next month’s budget where it already worked.

Accidents and personal injury run $159.17 per lead — the highest of any legal subcategory — and legal's blended $131.63 is the highest of 23 industries measured.LocaliQ; WordStream, 2026

Job 4 · Prove — the offline loop

Referral QR tracking

The referrals that outrank every paid channel, and appear in no dashboard.

Body shops, chiropractors and word of mouth send most injury firms more work than any ad does — and none of it shows up anywhere. A QR card is a printed link Justo can count.

Sample month · counts only

Bayfront Family ChiropracticCard in the waiting roomHighest quality — 10 of 12 finished431

The useful row is the third: most scans on the table, nothing signed. Wrong spot or wrong traffic — one visit answers it.

The things firms ask before they say yes.

Straight answers, including where the honest limits are. If a question you have is not here, it belongs on the founder call.

Running it

Does this replace my intake staff?

No — it changes what they spend the day on. Justo answers first, asks the ten questions and writes the file; your team calls a client whose facts are already down and whose language is already handled, instead of starting from zero on a callback. Firms without intake staff get the part they were going to hire for; firms with intake staff get their nights, weekends and Spanish-speaking callers covered. Nobody at your firm is replaced by it, and the consult, the advice and the signing are your people — always.

Where do leads actually land?

Email and text, the way they do now — plus a shared workspace your team can open on a phone. There is no new inbox to check and no software for your staff to learn; the only new habit is tapping a status when a case moves.

Does it work with my case management software?

Powered pushes new intakes into your system. Which systems are supported at pilot depends on what the founding firms actually use — we build for the cohort in front of us rather than advertising a catalogue we have not tested.

Do I have to change my website?

No. Your intake link and QR code work from whatever site you have now — a button, a page, a printed card. Modernize rebuilds the site around the intake, and it is a separate, scoped project you would choose on purpose.

What if my staff won't use it?

There is almost nothing to use. Leads arrive by email and text the way they do now; the only new habit is tapping a status when a case moves — contacted, consult, signed. That single tap is what makes the report work, which is exactly why it is one tap and not a form.

What happens to my phone number?

Nothing. Missed-call rescue uses carrier-level forwarding on the number you already advertise, so your number stays yours and stays on your ads. Per-campaign tracking numbers are additional and optional.

How fast can we launch?

Days, not a quarter. The intake link and the workspace go up first; tracking numbers and the case-management push follow in the same week.

Can I cancel?

Any month. That is the point of month-to-month: a firm that stays because the report proved the spend is validation, and a firm locked into a contract it wants out of is not.

Data, ethics and the honest limits

Does Justo touch privileged files?

No. Justo works entirely before the matter exists — it sees only what a prospective client chooses to tell it during intake. It never touches your matter files, your work product, or privileged correspondence. Prospective-client information is treated as confidential for your firm even when no relationship forms.

Who can see my clients' information?

Your firm, and the people at your firm you invite. Every record is scoped to your firm at the database level, not by a filter in application code — a query that tried to read another firm's leads returns nothing. On Justo's side, access is limited to what operating the service requires and is logged. We keep as little as the job allows: behavioural data (timestamps, channels, response times) is the asset; a caller's phone number is a liability, so it is restricted, aggregated in reports, and purged on a schedule. Prospective-client information can be confidential for your firm even when no relationship forms — we treat it that way, and the full data-handling terms come with the engagement letter, not after it.

Do my clients' conversations train an AI model?

No. Justo does not train models on your conversations, your clients' words, or your outcomes — not for our own models, and not for anyone else's. The conversation runs on a commercial AI provider under terms that prohibit training on submitted data; we name the provider and show you those terms on the founder call rather than asking you to take a page's word for it. The only thing that could ever be pooled across firms is counts and rates — response times, channel performance — never case values, never a client's words, never anything that identifies a person.

What about conflicts checks?

Justo does not run them, and it should not — that stays with your firm. What it does is put the parties in front of you before you call: the client, the other driver, the employer behind a commercial vehicle, the carrier that gets named. A prepared file makes a conflicts check faster and earlier; it never replaces one, and nothing in the intake creates a relationship that a conflict could attach to.

What happens when someone needs a person?

The conversation never pretends to be one — every client is told plainly, in the frame, that it is automated. If someone asks for a human, says something that needs one, or simply stops answering, the file still reaches you with whatever was captured and a note about where it ended. An unfinished conversation is a lead with a gap in it, not a lead that evaporated.

What if the AI says something wrong?

It is built so the expensive mistakes are structurally unavailable: it never gives legal advice, never assesses a case, and every extracted fact is read back to the client and marked with where it came from — confirmed, AI-extracted, or needs investigation. You see the client's original words next to every summary, so nothing reaches you as a claim you cannot check.

What if the AI is down?

Nothing is lost. Behind the conversation sits the same intake as a plain step-by-step form, and it is what a client gets if the AI is unavailable — fewer questions, same lead, still in both languages. That is the fallback, not a promise about uptime: an outage should cost you a nicer conversation, never a case.

Is there a cap on conversations?

No per-conversation cap and no metered line item — flat means flat, and a firm having a good month should never see it on an invoice. If volume ever changed what it costs to serve you, that is a conversation we would have with you in advance, not a surprise charge. This is the same rule as the pricing: nothing you pay ever varies with what your cases are worth.

Is there a setup fee on the regular tiers?

Only the founding pilot has a stated setup fee today — $2,500, which buys founder-led onboarding and the two launch tests. Connect and Powered are monthly-only at pilot stage. If that ever changes it will be on this page before it is on an invoice.

What can't Justo see?

Two honest limits. Walk-ins and pure word of mouth cannot be attributed unless someone scans a QR code or clicks a link. And ad spend is a number you report at the pilot stage — connecting directly to Google and Meta is on the roadmap, not shipped. The report labels both rather than inventing a figure.

  • No per-lead pricing
  • No % of your cases
  • Your data is yours
  • Month-to-month

  • An AI outage never loses a lead
